What’s your favourite book and/or movie and why?
I really like Stephen Baxter who is a science fiction author.   I enjoy science fiction when it is coupled with history.  It’s interesting how one little change in the past can change the way we view history.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I love music.  I wake up to music and go to bed with music.  I love all kinds of music, from classical to rock.  I’m also able to play the guitar.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be and why?
I’d love to be able to instantly master several different musical instruments.  For instance, I’d love to be a piano virtuoso.

What was the single-most influential event of your lifetime?
The birth of my son.  As soon as I held him in my arms for the first time, my life was forever changed.

What was the most interesting or unusual job you’ve ever had?
I’ve had many different past positions.  To cite a couple of examples, I’ve worked for a software development company, for an insurance company and as a consultant.  This gave me the opportunity to meet and work with many interesting people.

Where would you travel to if you could go anywhere in the world?
I love to travel so I have a list of places I would like to visit.  At the moment, Italy is at the top of my list.

What’s your go-to Karaoke song?
I’m not much of a karaoke singer but if I did sing something, it would be from the Spanish singer-songwriter, Joan Manuel Serrat as I really enjoy his music.
